Sandra, co-founder and principal of Thinkshift Communications, is a content strategist, editorial creative director and writer/editor. Her alter ego is the Grammar Queen (she’s featured as a local “character” in the guidebook San Francisco: The Unknown City), but she’s less a stickler than a proselytizer for smart, snappy writing — especially in service of advancing sustainability.
