Project Profile: Sage Consulting

Sage Consulting, a specialist in organizational development for healthcare providers, wanted to capitalize on growing interest in First Touch®, its unique program for increasing patient and caregiver satisfaction. To succeed, the firm needed credibility-boosting marketing and training materials with a more sophisticated look, stronger messaging and content that reflected insights gained from ongoing work.

Thinkshift worked with Sage to explore and clarify the firm’s strengths, challenges and market position, as well as market needs and perceptions. We built on this foundation to create a First Touch identity system, a set of easy-to-follow handbooks that make training more productive, a sales presentation, a benefit-promoting brochure and sales collateral that helps internal supporters sell the program.

Sage President Lolma Olson says the materials have given her team “a huge amount of confidence. …The whole process has really paid me back.”

Thinkshift continues to work with Sage on new and updated materials, as well as customized handbooks for clients that don’t fit the mold.
